Then, due to the integration of the workforce into the company's existing payroll services, our employees can view their payments online at any time.
How To Work QuickBooks Workforce?
Using the QuickBooks Workforce tool, employees can access and print W-2 forms online and make stubs. Once the employer has set up employees in QuickBooks Workforce, they can notify the employees of the latest salary after the salary is issued.
Workforce is a web-based solution that is compatible with any version of Intuit's QuickBooks 2009. This means no additional costs.
Workforce is integrated with the desktop version of QuickBooks' Intuit. This means that employers can easily switch labor services through the QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Cloud Services window.
After approving the update in QuickBooks, you can invite your representatives to use the Workforce service, or notify them that they can now log in using their existing Intuit QuickBooks credentials.
